Project Coordinator – Helpline

Location: Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea  |Closing date: 3rd May 2024

As the Project Coordinator – 1-Tok Kaunselin Helpim Lain, you will work directly with the 1-Tok Helpline team and key stakeholders in order to achieve strengthened services for survivors of gender-based violence (GBV). You will be working to support a capable and coordinated GBV support sector, including building capacities within the helpline service.

Senior Counsellor – Helpline

Location: Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea  |Closing date: 3rd May 2024

As a Senior Counsellor, you will provide management, clinical supervision and support for a team of telephone GBV and child protection counsellors and information officers ensuring smooth functioning of the 1-Tok Kaunselin Helpim Lain service. You will do daily and weekly clinical supervision and debriefing of telephone counsellors and information officers, case conferencing, identification of training needs and close communication with other senior counsellors and data officers.

Data Support Officer – Helpline

Location: Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea  |Closing date: 3rd May 2024

As the data support officer, at 1-Tok Kaunselin Helpim Lain, you will provide MEL and data management support for the online harm reporting project. The support will include but not limited to coordinating client management database updates for online harm including training and documentation, analysis and learning activities to help ensure accountability and efficiency of the META project funded by Save The Children. You will provide support in managing the service provider database and ensure quality data entry by the telephone counselling team by providing mentoring support in data management.

Communications Coordinator

Location: Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea  |Closing date: 12th April 2024

As the Communications Coordinator, you will be responsible for implementing a range of internal and external communication activities for distribution to audiences in both PNG and overseas countries, primarily Australia. This will include ensuring compliance with key message and brand guidelines, to ensure that all ChildFund PNG’s communications are of a consistently high quality and reinforce the organisation’s key strategies priorities. Project Coordinator – Disaster Risk Reduction

Location: Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea  |Closing date: 12th April 2024

As the Project Coordinator – DRR, you will oversee the implementation of ChildFund’s portfolio of Disaster Ready and AHP COVID 19 Projects in Central and East New Britain Provinces. You will supervise project officers and coordinate with consortium partner, Plan International, as well to participate in the AHP Country Committee. You will also contribute to planning and supporting the identification of potential new DRR project opportunities and partnerships for ChildFund PNG.

Training Coordinator – Partnership for Improving Education

Location: Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea  |Closing date: 12th April 2024

As the Training Coordinator, you will work closely with the Program Manager, Technical Advisor, the National Department of Education, Sub-national offices and other relevant stakeholders and partners to implement all training workshops for School Leadership & Management in Central, Sandaun, AROB and Enga Provinces. You will be responsible for conducting trainings for head teachers and BOM members, and ensure quality assurance in all trainings to be conducted in the PIE project. You will also be responsible for all trainings, supervision and mentoring of PIE trainers in AROB. You will manage data collected from AROB and maintain a training database for all four (4) project sites in close consultation with the other provincial training team leads.

Finance Coordinator – Programs

Reporting to the Operations and Finance Manager, you will lead the organisational project finance team comprised of various project finance officers in ensuring timely and collaborative support to project staff on all financial matters related to grants management. You will lead on project proposal budget development, budget tracking, donor reporting, monthly project financial reports while ensuring compliance with donor guidelines and ChildFund policies.
